Ingredients:

  • 2 cups grated zucchini
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
