Ingredients :
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (16 oz) can refried beans
- 1 (1 oz) packet taco seasoning mix
- 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese, divided
- 1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
- 1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies, drained
- Optional toppings: sliced green onions, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, jalapeño slices
Instructions :
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch or similar-sized baking dish.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, refried beans, and taco seasoning mix. Mix until smooth and well-blended.
- 3. Stir in 1 cup of the Mexican blend cheese, all the Pepper Jack cheese, and the diced green chilies. Mix thoroughly.
- 4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- 5. Top with the remaining 1 cup of Mexican blend cheese.
- 6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the cheese on top is melted.
- 7. Garnish with optional toppings like green onions, diced tomatoes, cilantro, and jalapeño slices as desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
