INGREDIENTS :
- 16 oz cream cheese (2 packages), softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup strawberry jam
PREPARATION :
- Add the heavy cream to a small bowl and beat on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form.
- In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Once combined, fold in the whipped heavy cream.
- Transfer mixture to serving dish. Stir jam and then spoon evenly onto the cream cheese mixture. Run a knife through the top of the dip to create a marbled effect.
- Chill for a minimum of 15 minutes. Serve with Nilla wafers, graham crackers, or pretzels.
