  • 24 wonton wrappers

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Then, generously spray a mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Take each wonton wrapper and gently press it into a well of the mini muffin tin, shaping it to form a cup. Repeat this process until all 24 cups are formed.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, sour cream, softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, half of the shredded mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Mix everything together until well blended.
  4. Spoon approximately a tablespoon of the spinach and artichoke mixture into each wonton cup, distributing it evenly among the cups.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese over the tops of each filled cup, ensuring each cup gets a cheesy topping.
