Ingredients :
- 8 ounces of cream cheese that has been left out to soften.
- 1 cup of grated strong cheddar cheese
- 6 pieces of bacon, cooked and broken into small pieces.
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh chives
- Half a teaspoon of garlic powder.
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 cup of pecans, chopped into small pieces.
Instructions :
- In a big bowl, mix together the soft cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon pieces, chives, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Stir everything together until all ingredients are mixed well and the mixture is smooth.
- Shape the cheese mixture into small, bite-sized balls using your hands.
- Cover each ball with the chopped pecans by rolling them in the nuts until they are evenly coated.
- Put the cheese balls covered in coating on a plate or tray.
- Put the cheese balls in the fridge for at least an hour before serving so they can become firm.
