Slow Cooker Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients :

  • 4 chicken thighs (with bones and skin)
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon each of garlic salt and paprika
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound baby potatoes (can halve)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions :

  1. Mix minced garlic with garlic salt, paprika, 2 tablespoons of oil, and salt/pepper (to taste) above in a small bowl.
  2. Use half of his mixture and season chicken thighs. Brown thighs with 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat in a skillet (~2 mins each side). This step will maximize flavor and give the thighs this great golden look.
  3. Put potatoes into slow cooker and season with rest of seasoning mixture. Place the chicken thighs on top.
