Ingredients :
- 4 chicken thighs (with bones and skin)
- 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon each of garlic salt and paprika
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound baby potatoes (can halve)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions :
- Mix minced garlic with garlic salt, paprika, 2 tablespoons of oil, and salt/pepper (to taste) above in a small bowl.
- Use half of his mixture and season chicken thighs. Brown thighs with 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat in a skillet (~2 mins each side). This step will maximize flavor and give the thighs this great golden look.
