Ingredients :
- 2 medium lamb shanks
- 1 brown onion (chopped) 🧅
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dried Rosemary
- 1 Vegetable OXO Cube
- 1 Vegetable Knorr Stock Pot
- 190ml of boiling water
Instructions :
- Before putting lamb shanks in Slow Cooker I did fry them in a pan with tiny drop of oil until slightly brown, then placed them into SC (I slightly cooked the onions too in a pan to soften them)
- I cooked the shanks for 7hrs on low (did turn shanks over half way through)
