Slow-Cooked Rosemary Lamb Shanks

Ingredients : 

  • 2 medium lamb shanks
  • 1 brown onion (chopped) 🧅
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dried Rosemary
  • 1 Vegetable OXO Cube
  • 1 Vegetable Knorr Stock Pot
  • 190ml of boiling water

Instructions : 

  1. Before putting lamb shanks in Slow Cooker I did fry them in a pan with tiny drop of oil until slightly brown, then placed them into SC (I slightly cooked the onions too in a pan to soften them)
  2. I cooked the shanks for 7hrs on low (did turn shanks over half way through)
