Sizzling Pork Chops in Garlic Butter & Creamy Potatoes recipes

Ingredients :

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 4 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups sliced potatoes (thin)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme

Instructions : 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Season pork chops with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook the pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes. Pour heavy cream over them and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until potatoes are tender and cheese is golden.
  6. Serve the creamy potato bake with the sizzling garlic butter pork chops, garnished with fresh thyme.
