Ingredients :
- 450 g ground beef
- 80 g salami, finely diced
- 30 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 35 g green bell pepper, finely diced
- 2 g Italian seasoning
- 2 g garlic powder
- 15 ml olive oil
- 60 ml pizza sauce
- 100 g mozzarella cheese, grated
- 30 g thin slices of salami
- 15 g garlic butter
- 4 brioche buns
Instructions :
- First, mix the ground beef in a bowl with the diced salami, Parmesan cheese, green bell pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Combine everything well until it forms a uniform mixture.
- Now, shape the meat mixture into four equal-sized burger patties.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the burger patties on both sides for about 4-5 minutes until they are cooked through and crispy on the outside.
- In the last minutes of cooking, add the pizza sauce to the top of the patties and sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese.
- Cover the skillet with a lid to allow the cheese to melt.
- Meanwhile, halve the brioche buns and spread them with garlic butter.
- Toast the bun halves in a separate skillet or in the oven until lightly toasted.
- Place the salami slices on the melted mozzarella and set the burgers on the buns.
- Cover the burgers with the top halves of the buns and serve immediately.
