Salami Burger with 100 g Mozzarella Cheese

Ingredients :

  • 450 g ground beef
  • 80 g salami, finely diced
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 35 g green bell pepper, finely diced
  • 2 g Italian seasoning
  • 2 g garlic powder
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 60 ml pizza sauce
  • 100 g mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 30 g thin slices of salami
  • 15 g garlic butter
  • 4 brioche buns

Instructions :

  1. First, mix the ground beef in a bowl with the diced salami, Parmesan cheese, green bell pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  2. Combine everything well until it forms a uniform mixture.
  3. Now, shape the meat mixture into four equal-sized burger patties.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook the burger patties on both sides for about 4-5 minutes until they are cooked through and crispy on the outside.
  6. In the last minutes of cooking, add the pizza sauce to the top of the patties and sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese.
  7. Cover the skillet with a lid to allow the cheese to melt.
  8. Meanwhile, halve the brioche buns and spread them with garlic butter.
  9. Toast the bun halves in a separate skillet or in the oven until lightly toasted.
  10. Place the salami slices on the melted mozzarella and set the burgers on the buns.
  11. Cover the burgers with the top halves of the buns and serve immediately.
