Ruby Tuesday Pasta Salad

Ingredients :

  • 16 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 c plus 2 tbps mayo
  • 6 tbps buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Ranch dressing seasoning
  • 8 oz cubed ham
  • 1 c frozen peas

Instructions : 

  1. Cook a pot of water to boiling and bring rotini to just before al dente.
  2. Drain into a colander and rinse with cool water until pasta is cool.
  3. Set pasta aside and allow to dry for 30 minutes.
  4. While pasta is cooking combine mayo, buttermilk, and ranch seasoning in a larhe bowl until combined.
  5. Add in frozen peas and stir. They will thaw a little.
    Add in ham and rotini and mix until well blended.
  6. Can be eaten immediately, but flavors improve by placing them into the refrigerator for 4 hours.
