Ingredients :
- 16 oz rotini pasta
- 1 c plus 2 tbps mayo
- 6 tbps buttermilk
- 1 1/2 tbsp Ranch dressing seasoning
- 8 oz cubed ham
- 1 c frozen peas
Instructions :
- Cook a pot of water to boiling and bring rotini to just before al dente.
- Drain into a colander and rinse with cool water until pasta is cool.
- Set pasta aside and allow to dry for 30 minutes.
- While pasta is cooking combine mayo, buttermilk, and ranch seasoning in a larhe bowl until combined.
- Add in frozen peas and stir. They will thaw a little.
Add in ham and rotini and mix until well blended. - Can be eaten immediately, but flavors improve by placing them into the refrigerator for 4 hours.
