Ingredients :
- 500g Stellini pasta
- 50g butter
- 15g flour
- 500ml milk
- 100g hard mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 700g minced meat
- 200g tomato sauce
- Vegetable oil for cooking
- Salt, dried ground nutmeg, meat seasoning to taste
Instructions :
- Cook the Stellini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Gradually whisk in the milk, ensuring no lumps form. Continue to cook and stir until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the grated mozzarella until melted and combined. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In another skillet, heat some vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Sauté the onion and garlic until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the minced meat to the skillet. Season with salt, nutmeg, and meat seasoning. Cook, breaking up the meat, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the tomato sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the cheese sauce and meat mixture, stirring until well combined.
- Serve hot and enjoy a taste of Grandma’s kitchen in just 10 minutes!
Love the recipes but should use cups and spoons instead of grams. Too much trouble to translate into American measures. If you want your posts to succeed, it must be easy to read and cook. It also determines how much you buy for any recipe.
