Ingredients :
- 6-8 pork chops (can be boneless or with bones)
- 6 potatoes that have had their skin removed and cut into slices
- 2 cans of creamy mushroom soup, each can weighing 10 ounces.
- 1 can of evaporated milk, 12 ounces
- 3/4 of a cup of water
- 3 tablespoons of onion soup mix (or 1 packet of Lipton onion soup)
- Add salt and pepper according to your preference.
- Optional: Onions cooked in oil.
Directions:

- In a big bowl, combine the mushroom soup, evaporated milk, water, onion soup mix, pepper, and salt.
- Place the potato slices at the bottom of a greased baking dish.

- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 2 to 2.5 hours. Take off the foil during the final 30 minutes to let it brown.
