Ingredients :
- 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands!™ Flaky Layers biscuits (8 biscuits)
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheese of choice)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Marinara sauce, for dipping (optional)
Instructions :
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and separate them. Cut each biscuit in half to create 16 pieces.
- Flatten each biscuit piece slightly with your hands. Place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella in the center of each piece. Carefully fold the dough over the cheese, pinching the edges together to form a sealed ball.
- Place the cheese-filled biscuit balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each one.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic (or garlic powder), and parsley.
- Generously brush the tops of the cheese bombs with the garlic butter mixture. Sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese on top of each one.
- Bake for 10-14 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and puffed.
- Remove from the oven and brush with any remaining garlic butter. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping, if desired.
