Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs

Ingredients :

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands!™ Flaky Layers biscuits (8 biscuits)
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheese of choice)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping (optional)

Instructions :

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and separate them. Cut each biscuit in half to create 16 pieces.
  3. Flatten each biscuit piece slightly with your hands. Place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella in the center of each piece. Carefully fold the dough over the cheese, pinching the edges together to form a sealed ball.
  4. Place the cheese-filled biscuit balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each one.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic (or garlic powder), and parsley.
  6. Generously brush the tops of the cheese bombs with the garlic butter mixture. Sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese on top of each one.
  7. Bake for 10-14 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and puffed.
  8. Remove from the oven and brush with any remaining garlic butter. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping, if desired.
