Philly Cheesesteak Pasta

Ingredients :

  • 1 lb ground beef or steak strips
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni recommended)
  • 1 cup beef broth
    Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions : 

  1. Cook Pasta: Boil pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté Vegetables: In a large skillet, heat olive oil.
  3. Add diced bell pepper, onion, and garlic.
  4. Sauté until softened.
    Cook Meat: Add ground beef or steak strips to the skillet. Cook until browned and fully cooked.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Stir in cream cheese and beef broth until creamy. Add cooked pasta and mix well.
  6. Top with Cheese: Sprinkle provolone cheese on top. Broil until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot.
