- Lasagna noodles
- Ricotta cheese
- Pepperoni slices
- Pasta/pizza sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- Cooking oil or spray (for baking pan)
Instructions :
- Cook the noodles: Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions, but slightly undercook them (al dente) to prevent them from becoming too soft and falling apart.
- Prepare the noodles: Lay the cooked noodles flat on a baking pan (lightly oiled or sprayed to prevent sticking).
- Add the filling: Spread a layer of ricotta cheese on each lasagna noodle. Line the noodles with pepperoni slices.
- Roll them up: Carefully roll up each lasagna noodle, starting from one end.
- Prepare the baking dish: Grease a glass baking dish and spread a thin layer of pasta/pizza sauce on the bottom.
- Arrange the rollups: Place the rolled-up lasagna noodles in the prepared baking dish.
- Add sauce and cheese: Cover the rollups with more pasta/pizza sauce and top generously with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake: Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
