Pancakes with Apple, Cinnamon, and Oatmeal

Ingredients : 

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 2 apples
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 grams of yogurt
  • 1 small spoon of cinnamon
  • 1 small spoon of baking powder

Instructions :

  1. Get the ingredients ready.
  2. Remove the skin, seeds, and cut the apples into small pieces.
  3. Use a blender to turn the oatmeal into a smooth powder.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the powdered oats, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  5. In a different bowl, whisk the eggs and combine them with the yogurt.
  6. Combine the liquid ingredients with the dry ones and mix until everything is well mixed.
  7. Mix the diced apples gently.
  8. Warm up a non-stick pan or flat grill on medium heat and lightly coat it with oil or cooking spray.
  9. Put a little bit of the pancake mix on the pan to make pancakes.
  10. Cook the food until bubbles appear on the top, then turn it over and cook until it is golden brown on the other side, which should take around 2-3 minutes for each side.
  11. Enjoy the pancakes hot with your preferred toppings like maple syrup, honey, or more yogurt and fresh fruit.
