Ingredients :

  • 1 pound ground meat (beef, turkey, or your choice)
  • 12 small potatoes, diced (or any amount desired)
  • 1 can condensed cream soup (any flavor)
  • 3/4 cup milk (or substitute with water and sour cream)
  • Seasonings to taste (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, etc.)
  • Cheese, for topping (optional)

Instructions :

  1. Brown the meat: In a large skillet or Dutch oven, brown the ground meat over medium heat.
  2. Add potatoes: Once the meat is browned, add the diced potatoes to the pan. Stir occasionally and cook until the potatoes are tender.
  3. Combine with soup and milk: Pour the condensed cream soup and milk (or substitute) into the pan. Stir well to combine.
  4. Season and simmer: Season with your preferred seasonings. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-10 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
  5. Serve: Sprinkle with cheese, if desired. Serve hot.
    • Feel free to adjust the amount of potatoes and seasonings to your liking.
    • For extra flavor, try adding chopped onions and garlic to the pan with the ground meat.
    • This dish can be easily customized with different types of ground meat and cream soups.
