Meat Lovers Pizza Casserole

Ingredients :

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 lb. Italian sausage, casing removed
  • 2 cups pizza sauce
  • 3 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini work well)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions : 

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and Italian sausage, breaking it apart as it cooks. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent. Drain any excess fat.

Stir in the pizza sauce, cooked pasta, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is combined.

2.Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

3.Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
