Ingredients :
- • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup chicken broth
• 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
• 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• 1 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Fresh basil (for garnish)
Instructions :
- 1. Sear Chicken:
• Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
2. Make Sauce:
• In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream, chicken broth, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan, thyme, and chili flakes. Simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Combine:
• Return chicken to the skillet. Cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens.
4. Serve:
