INGREDIENTS :
- 3 medium cucumbers, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1 medium onion sliced and separated into rings
- 3 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup of water
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Peel and slice the cucumbers into 1/4 inch thick, slice onion and separate it into rings, then cut tomatoes into wedges and toss into a large mixing bowl.
- Add in 1/2 cup of vinegar, 1/4 sugar, 1 cup of water, 2 teaspoons salt, ground black pepper, and oil.
- Stir to combine and put your salad in a mason jar, and let it chill for 1-2 hours, serve and enjoy!
