- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp hot sauce (optional)
- 1 lb lump crabmeat (fresh or canned, drained)
- 1/4 cup green onions (chopped, for garnish)
- Tortilla chips, crackers, or bread (for serving)
Instructions :
- Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). - Make the Dip Base:
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
Stir in cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce (if using). - Add the Crab:
Gently fold in the lump crabmeat, being careful not to break up the chunks too much. - Bake:
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly golden on top. - Garnish and Serve:
Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or bread.
