Jalapeno Cilantro Ranch Salad Dressing:
- 1 cup sour cream (you can use plain Greek yogurt for a healthier option)
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
- About 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños
- About 1/4 cup or more cilantro (coriander)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- A splash of lime juice
Instructions :
1. In a blender or food processor, combine the sour cream (or Greek yogurt) and whole milk.
2. Add the Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning packet and blend until well mixed.
3. Add the pickled jalapeños, cilantro, garlic, and a splash of lime juice to the mixture.
4. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
5. Adjust the amount of pickled jalapeños and cilantro to your taste preference.

Chuy’s Copycat Creamy Jalapeño Dip :
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup Hellman’s real Mayonnaise
- 1-2 tomatillos
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños
- 1 whole jalapeño (adjust to desired spice level)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup cilantro (coriander)
- A splash of lime
- 1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
