Hawaiian Pineapple Coconut Fluff

Ingredients :

  • 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans work well)
  • 1 tub (8 ounces) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 box (3.4 ounces) instant coconut cream pudding mix

Directions :

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts.
  2. Sprinkle the instant coconut cream pudding mix over the pineapple mixture and stir well to combine all the ingredients.
  3. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until everything is well mixed.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for at least an hour to let the flavors blend together.
  5. Before serving, give the fluff a final stir, then scoop into individual serving dishes or a large serving bowl. Enjoy!
