Directions :
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts.
- Sprinkle the instant coconut cream pudding mix over the pineapple mixture and stir well to combine all the ingredients.
- Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until everything is well mixed.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least an hour to let the flavors blend together.
