Ingredients :
- 1 bag (30 oz) frozen hashbrowns, thawed
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions :
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the thawed hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded cheese, melted butter, and chopped onion. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
