Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients :
  • 1 bag (30 oz) frozen hashbrowns, thawed
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions : 
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the thawed hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded cheese, melted butter, and chopped onion. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving.
