Ingredients:
Fruity Filling:
- 6-8 peaches (5-6 cups, sliced)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Golden Crust:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 tbsp cold unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup hot water
Radiant Finish:
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions :
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Mix filling ingredients and place in a 9×13-inch dish.
- Combine topping ingredients, spread over peaches.
- Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden.
