Grandma’s Peach Cobbler Pie

Ingredients:

Fruity Filling:
  • 6-8 peaches (5-6 cups, sliced)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Golden Crust:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 6 tbsp cold unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup hot water
Radiant Finish:
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions :

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Mix filling ingredients and place in a 9×13-inch dish.
  3. Combine topping ingredients, spread over peaches.
  4. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden.
