Ingredients :
For the Chicken & Steak:
- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 ribeye steaks, cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
For the Cheesy Loaded Mashed Potatoes :
- 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk or heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions :
- Place the cubed potatoes in a large pot of salted water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain and return potatoes to the pot.
- Add butter, milk, sour cream, and salt and pepper to the potatoes. Mash until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onions. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the cubed chicken and steak with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese until well coated.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish and spread the chicken and steak mixture in an even layer.
- Spread the cheesy loaded mashed potatoes on top of the chicken and steak.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden and the meat is cooked through.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then serve warm and enjoy the garlic, cheese, and savory meat flavors in every bite!
