Garlic Parmesan Chicken & Steak Bake with Cheesy Loaded Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients :

For the Chicken & Steak:
  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 ribeye steaks, cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
For the Cheesy Loaded Mashed Potatoes :
  • 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk or heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions :

  1. Place the cubed potatoes in a large pot of salted water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Drain and return potatoes to the pot.
  3. Add butter, milk, sour cream, and salt and pepper to the potatoes. Mash until smooth and creamy.
  4. Stir in cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onions. Set aside.
  5. In a mixing bowl, toss the cubed chicken and steak with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese until well coated.
  6. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  7. Lightly grease a baking dish and spread the chicken and steak mixture in an even layer.
  8. Spread the cheesy loaded mashed potatoes on top of the chicken and steak.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden and the meat is cooked through.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes, then serve warm and enjoy the garlic, cheese, and savory meat flavors in every bite!
