Ingredients :
- 1 lb steak tips (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp fresh thyme (or 1/2 tsp dried)
Salt & pepper to taste - Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions :
- 1. Pat steak tips dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Sear steak tips for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- 3. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet and melt. Stir in minced garlic and thyme, cooking until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- 4. Return steak tips to the skillet and toss to coat them in the garlic butter sauce. Cook for another 1–2 minutes to warm through.
- 5. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or alongside roasted vegetables.
