Garlic Butter Steak Tips: A Flavorful Family Favorite!

Ingredients :

  • 1 lb steak tips (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme (or 1/2 tsp dried)
    Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions : 

  1. 1. Pat steak tips dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Sear steak tips for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. 3. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet and melt. Stir in minced garlic and thyme, cooking until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. 4. Return steak tips to the skillet and toss to coat them in the garlic butter sauce. Cook for another 1–2 minutes to warm through.
  5. 5. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or alongside roasted vegetables.
