Ingredients:
- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound small red potatoes, quartered
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- Add the steak to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the potatoes, onion, and garlic to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
- Add the butter and parsley to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.
- Return the steak to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until heated through.
- Serve immediately.
