- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lb. baby potatoes (if larger than one inch, slice in half)

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (or less, to taste)
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Italian blend cheese
Instructions :
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with kosher salt and black pepper, then place them in a single layer in a casserole dish. Add the baby potatoes around the chicken.
