INGREDIENTS:
2 (15 oz) cans sliced peaches, drained
1 cup milk
1 cup baking mix
1 cup sugar
½ cup melted butter
Ground cinnamon, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the drained peaches, milk, baking mix, sugar, and melted butter.
Stir until just combined. Don’t overmix!
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with ground cinnamon according to your preference.
Bake for 60 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
