Crockpot Cheesesteak Potato Casserole

Ingredients :

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 3 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 large scoop minced garlic
  • Steak seasoning, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 1/2 – 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions :

  1. Cook and Season the Beef: In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat. Add bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic. Season with steak seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
