INGREDIENTS :
- 2 cups cottage cheese
 - 1 tablespoon sour cream
 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
 - 1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
 - 1/4 cup Vidalia onion, finely chopped
 - 1/3 cup green bell pepper, chopped
 - 1/2 large English cucumber, peeled and chopped
 - Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
 
PREPARATION :
- In a medium bowl, stir together the cottage cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Add tomato, onion, bell pepper, and cucumber and season to taste with salt and pepper.
 - Serve chilled and enjoy!
