Ingredients :
- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 1 cup cooked and diced chicken breast
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
For the Dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions :
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and let cool completely.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, chicken, bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, cheese, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ranch dressing, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until well coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
