CINNABON CAKE

Ingredients :

  • 3 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Topping:

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup butter, softened

Glaze:

  • 2 cup powdered sugar
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla


Instructions : 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F ; prepare a 9×13 baking pan (buttered)
  2. Mix all base ingredients together with the exception of the butter.
  3. Add the melted butter last and then pour into your prepared pan.
  4. Mix all the topping ingredients together in a separate bowl, mix well.
  5. Drop a teaspoonful over the base, as evenly as you can over the entire base.
  6. Take a butter knife and swirl the topping into the base
  7. Pop into the oven and bake for 28-30 minutes.
  8. While the cake is baking, prepare the glaze and set aside.
  9. Remove from oven and glaze the Cake while it’s still warm.
