Ingredients :
- 4 bone-in pork chops
 - 4 large potatoes, sliced
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
 - 1 teaspoon paprika
 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Fresh parsley for garnish
 
Instructions :
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Evenly coat both sides of the pork chops with the seasoning mixture.
 - In a large bowl, toss the sliced potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
 - Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the bottom of a greased baking dish.
 - Arrange the seasoned pork chops on top of the potatoes.
 - Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
