Baked Oatmeal with Nuts and Fruit

Ingredients : 

  • 100 grams of dried grapes
  • 1 cup of oats (100 grams)
  • 2 manzanas
  • 100 to 120 milliliters of water
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 banana
  • 100 grams of cherries
  • 1 small spoon of baking powder
  • Oil (to coat the baking pan)
  • 50 grams of Brazil nuts
  • 100 grams of sultanas

Instructions : 

  1. Prepare the raisins and sultanas.
  2. Pour hot water over 100 grams of raisins and 100 grams of sultanas. Allow them to sit for a short time to become softer.
  3. Make oatmeal.
  4. Put 1 cup of oats in a blender and blend until they are finely chopped.
  5. Make applesauce.
  6. Remove the skin and seeds from the apples. Blend them with 100-120 ml of water until they are smooth.
  7. Combine the ingredients.
  8. In a big bowl, mix the mashed apples with 2 eggs until well combined.
  9. Mash one banana with a fork and mix it in. Mix together.
  10. Remove the water from the soaked raisins and sultanas. Include them with 100 grams of cherries in the mixture. Stir thoroughly.
  11. Mix the dry ingredients.
  12. Put one teaspoon of baking powder into the mixture and mix well.
  13. Get the baking pan ready.
  14. Heat the oven to 180°C (360°F) before using it.
  15. Coat a baking dish thoroughly with vegetable oil.
