BAKED GARLIC PARMESAN POTATO WEDGES

Ingredients:

  • 3 large russet potatoes, sliced into wedges
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika

Instructions:

  1. Begin by slicing the russet potatoes into wedges.
  2. In a large bowl, place the potato wedges and drizzle them with olive oil. Toss them gently to ensure each wedge is coated with oil.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded Parmesan cheese over the potato wedges and toss them again to evenly distribute the cheese.
  4. In a separate small bowl, combine the salt, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well to create the seasoning blend.
  5. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the potato wedges, tossing them once more to ensure they are evenly coated with the flavorful blend.
  6. Arrange the seasoned potato wedges on a baking sheet, placing them skin-side down.
  7. Bake the potato wedges in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for approximately 40 minutes, or until they are fork-tender and golden brown.
