Ingredients :
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
- 1/2 cup brown sugar.
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt.
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black
- pepper.
- 8 strips of bacon.
Instructions :
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice each chicken breast into 4 long, thin strips.
- In a bowl, combine brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Toss chicken strips in the mixture until well-coated.
Wrap each chicken strip with a bacon strip and place in a baking dish. - Sprinkle any remaining brown sugar mixture over the chicken.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
