  • 16 oz Brussels sprouts

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions :

  1. Prepare the Brussels Sprouts: Start by trimming the bottom off the Brussels sprouts and slicing them in half from top to bottom. Rinse them thoroughly to remove any dirt or debris.
  2. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it’s ready for cooking.
  3. Toss with Seasonings: Pat the Brussels sprouts dry with a paper towel and transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Add olive oil, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. Gently toss the Brussels sprouts until they are evenly coated with the seasonings.
