Ingredients :
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: grated Parmesan cheese, balsamic glaze, lemon zest
Instructions :
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until they are evenly coated. - Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not too crowded. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. They should be golden brown and crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside.
- Once cooked, transfer the Brussels sprouts to a serving dish and sprinkle with any optional toppings you like, such as grated Parmesan cheese, balsamic glaze, or lemon zest.
Serve hot and enjoy as a tasty snack or side dish!
