Joe’s Crab Shack Crab Dip

Ingredients :

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp hot sauce (optional)
  • 1 lb lump crabmeat (fresh or canned, drained)
  • 1/4 cup green onions (chopped, for garnish)
  • Tortilla chips, crackers, or bread (for serving)

Instructions : 

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Make the Dip Base:
    In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
    Stir in cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce (if using).
  3. Add the Crab:
    Gently fold in the lump crabmeat, being careful not to break up the chunks too much.
  4. Bake:
    Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
    Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
  5. Garnish and Serve:
    Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
    Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or bread.
