- 12 oz rigatoni pasta
- 1 lb steak tips, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tablespoons butter, divided
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste - 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions :
- Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. - Add the rigatoni and cook until al dente, following package instructions.
- Drain and set aside.
Sear the Steak Tips:
Season the steak tips with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. - In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the steak tips in batches, searing for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking. - Remove the steak tips from the skillet and set aside.

- Mix in the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheeses until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Combine and Serve:
Return the cooked rigatoni to the skillet, tossing to coat in the creamy sauce. - Add the seared steak tips back into the skillet, stirring gently to combine.
- Drizzle with the remaining tablespoon of butter and toss until melted.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
