Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups milk, divided
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4-5 medium Russet potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions :
- Preheat oven to 375°F, grease a 9×13 inch dish.
- Season beef with garlic, onion powders, salt, pepper; form 6 patties.
- Brown patties in a skillet; set aside.
- Whisk 1 cup milk with flour in skillet, add remaining milk to form gravy.
- Layer half potatoes and onions in dish, top with patties, remaining potatoes, onions, then gravy.
- Cover, bake 1 hour. Uncover, add cheese, bake 15 minutes until bubbly
