Ingredients :

- 1 can pineapple rings, drained
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- Oil for frying
For the Creamy Coconut - Dipping Sauce:
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

- 1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and cinnamon.
- 2. In another bowl, whisk milk and egg. Combine with dry ingredients to make a batter.
- 3. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- 4. Dip pineapple rings into the batter and fry in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
- 5. For the dipping sauce, whisk together coconut cream, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Serve pineapple rings warm with the dipping sauce.
