Sautéed Mushroom and Broccoli Stir-Fry

Ingredients :

  • 300 grams broccoli, cut into florets
  • 300 grams mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions : 

      1. Prepare the vegetables:

        • Wash and cut the broccoli into florets.
        • Slice the mushrooms.
      2. Sauté the mushrooms:

        • Heat the olive oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
        • Add the mushrooms and sauté until they soften and release their moisture, about 5-7 minutes.
      3. Add broccoli and cook:

        • Add the broccoli florets to the pan with the mushrooms.
        • Continue to sauté for another 5-7 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
      4. Season and serve:

        • Season with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings, such as garlic powder, soy sauce, or ginger.
        • Serve hot as a side dish or main course with rice or noodles.

      Tips:

      • For extra flavor, add minced garlic to the pan with the mushrooms in step 2.
      • You can also add other vegetables to the stir-fry, such as carrots, bell peppers, or snap peas.
      • If you like a bit of sauce, stir in a tablespoon of soy sauce or hoisin sauce towards the end of cooking in step 4.
