healthy food mashed potatos ALL RECIPES This is my secret weapon for keeping my husband in a good mood – he loves it

Ingredients :

  • Three cups cold mashed potatoes,
  • one large egg,
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese,
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives, 1/4 cup all-purpose flour,
  • and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
  • A quarter cup of grated Parmesan cheese,
  • reserved for each individual
    cooking spray or ghee for use it

Instructions : 

  1. Spray or grease a mini muffin pan with cooking spray and set the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the grated cheddar cheese, chives, frozen potatoes, eggs, flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread each dough ball with Parmesan cheese and roll into 1-inch balls.
  4. Gently push the buttered potato balls into the muffin tin to fluff them.
  5. The pies should be baked for 15 to 20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and gooey.
  6. Step 6: After it has cooled for a few minutes, remove it from the pan. Serve while still hot and
