- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 lb ground beef

Instructions :
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.
- Cook the Beef Mixture:
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain any excess fat, then stir in the marinara sauce. Remove from heat.
- Make the Ricotta Filling:
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Stuff the Shells:
- Fill each cooled pasta shell with the ricotta mixture. Arrange the stuffed shells in a baking dish in a single layer.
- Assemble the Dish:
- Spoon the beef and marinara mixture evenly over the stuffed shells.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the top.
- Bake:
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve:
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Pair with garlic bread or a crisp green salad for a complete meal.
