Slow Cooker Mississippi Ribeye Steaks

Ingredients :

  • 2-3 lbs ribeye steaks
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 packet au jus seasoning
  • 10 pepperoncini peppers
  • Optional: ¼ cup pepperoncini juice
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, sliced

Instructions :

  1. Optionally sear steaks in a skillet for extra flavor.
  2. Place steaks in a slow cooker.
  3. Sprinkle with ranch and au jus seasonings.
  4. Add pepperoncini peppers and juice.
  5. Top with slices of butter.
  6. Cook on low for 5-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until tender.
  7. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice and garnish with fresh parsley.
