Cream Cheese Corn Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • 1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (15 oz) can cream-style corn
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika (optional, for color)

Instructions :

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish or similar casserole dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese, melted butter, milk, and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (if using). Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese on top is melted and golden.
  6. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Pair it with your favorite mains for a complete comfort meal.
