Ingredients :
- 2 lbs short ribs,
- carrots,
- celery,
- shallots,
- mushrooms,
- red wine,
- beef stock,
- tomato paste,
- brown ribs and remove,
- saute mushrooms and remove,
- saute veggies,
Instructions :
- Add in 1/2 can of tomato paste,
- add 8 cups of beef stock, 2 cups wine,
- Add ribs back to pot.
- Simmer for 2 1/2 hours,
- remove ribs,
- remove from bones and shred meat,
- Add meat, mushrooms, and additional chopped carrots,
- Simmer till carrots are tender,
- Add your choice of egg noodles,
Gluten Free Noodles :
- 3 cups of gluten free flour blend,
- 4 eggs,
- 1 top salt, and water a TB at a time until dough comes together
