Beef Bourguignon Soup With Homemade Gluten Free Egg Noodles

Ingredients :

  • 2 lbs short ribs,
  • carrots,
  • celery,
  • shallots,
  • mushrooms,
  • red wine,
  • beef stock,
  • tomato paste,
  • brown ribs and remove,
  • saute mushrooms and remove,
  • saute veggies,

Instructions : 

  1. Add in 1/2 can of tomato paste,
  2. add 8 cups of beef stock, 2 cups wine,
  3. Add ribs back to pot.
  4. Simmer for 2 1/2 hours,
  5. remove ribs,
  6. remove from bones and shred meat,
  7. Add meat, mushrooms, and additional chopped carrots,
  8. Simmer till carrots are tender,
  9. Add your choice of egg noodles,

Gluten Free Noodles :

  1. 3 cups of gluten free flour blend,
  2. 4 eggs,
  3. 1 top salt, and water a TB at a time until dough comes together
